Sergey Markiyanov manages a structural unit of lawyers providing legal support to the company in the field of electricity and energy sales. Sergey is also a specialist in the field of housing and communal ser-vices, bankruptcy, debt collection, dispute resolution in court and pre-trial procedures, incl. using mediation technologies.

He is active in public activities, being a member of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Mordovia and a member of the Public Monitoring Commission of the Republic of Mordovia for monitoring the provision of human rights in places of forced detention and assistance to persons in places of forced detention.

Sergey assists school mediation services in resolving conflicts and conducting anti-bullying activities.

Sergey implemented socially-oriented projects for the rehabilitation of disabled children and children diagnosed with cerebral palsy, including with the participation and support of the Presidential Grants Fund.
