On 27-31 March 2023, the 45th session of UNCITRAL Working Group on Alternative Dispute Resolution was held in New York.

Daria Zhdan-Pushkina, a mediator of the Solis Mediation Center, was invited as a mediation expert as part of the Russian delegation. The mediators of the Center prepared comments on the proposals discussed by the Working Group.
The experts discussed the issues of what is meant by investment mediation, what clauses on mediation can be recommended for inclusion in investment agreements, according to what rules mediation can be carried out.
