In 2025, Solis Mediation Center mediators were contacted for the following dispute categories:
family disputes regarding business and personal property division, alimony, and child support arrangements
labor disputes
loan and credit agreements
bank account management agreements
copyright disputes
corporate shareholder disputes
disputes arising from maritime contracts (brokerage services)
bankruptcy disputes
product quality disputes
17 disputes were resolved and ended with settlement agreements or withdrawals of claim.
In 2025, the total amount of disputes resolved by the stated amounts alone (not all mediators disclose the amounts in disputes) was over 934,600,000 Roubles (or approximately USD 12 million).
Thanks to mediation work and the use of mediation technologies, our clients were able to save money on legal defense and avoid lengthy litigation.
In 2025, we held the following events:
• 2025 – the Year of the Mediation Clause, at the "Mediator Method" platform (January 2025); • Roundtable at the Higher School of Economics on mediation and negotiations in China and Hong Kong (February 2025); • Open business games on mediating banking disputes, corporate disputes, family business disputes, and IT disputes (Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter 2025); • Seminar on Arbitration and Mediation of Maritime Disputes (June 2025); • Training "Out-Negotiate Me If You Can" (July 2025); • Roundtable on mediation at the Word of Life Evangelical Church (November 2025); • Together with Higher School of Economics, we trained 150 business mediation specialists as part of the "Public Conflicts and Management Rhetoric" minor (September – December 2025).
We also participated in the following events:
• We presented on mediation and the inclusion of mediation clauses in contracts at insurance and maritime conferences (March, April, and November 2025); • We sent and trained a team of HSE students to the ICC Mediation Competition in Hong Kong and participated as mediators (December 2025); • We proposed joining the International Convention on Mediation (IOMed) at a roundtable discussion in the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation.
