Daria Zhdan-Pushkina – mediator, head of the Solis Mediation Center, lawyer practicing in the area of commercial law and consulting for foreign clients, acts as an arbitrator in commercial disputes, lecturer at the National Research University Higher School of Economics in the mediation program, graduate of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
Natalia Frolova – mediator at the Solis Mediation Center, head of the legal department of an international automobile concern, practices in the field of managing internal legal issues of the company, in the field of settling corporate and financial disputes, graduate of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
Konstantin Tsymbalov – legal adviser to the Russian Arbitration Center, lawyer in the field of arbitration, corporate and tax law, structuring of groups of companies.
Anthony Walker is a mediator at the Solis Mediation Center. He has been advising clients on investment agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures under English law for over 15 years, primarily involving businesses from Russia and the CIS. He has supported transactions involving major international and Russian companies. He has advised clients in a significant number of negotiations and prepared draft agreements.
Veronika Demidova is a mediator at the Solis Mediation Center, an adviser to an international law firm, and a practicing arbitrator from the VIAC list. She provides assistance in resolving disputes on commercial law.
Anastasia Shirobokova is a case administrator at the Solis Mediation Center and a lecturer at the Open Law School on criminal law.
Susana Kirakosyan — mediator at the Solis Mediation Center, PhD in Law, associate professor, chairman of the Subcommittee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on business development in the field of residential real estate management, member of the working group of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Utilities on improving housing legislation, practices in the field of dispute resolution related to real estate and housing and utilities.
Sergey Filin — mediator of the Solis Mediation Center, has many years of experience in banks (Bank of Russia, commercial banks), financial and other organizations in various positions (from lawyer and business consultant to deputy chairman of the bank's board and regional head of the Bank of Russia department).
Evgenia Ozerova — mediator, auditor, Int.Dip GRC, head of the corporate interaction department of the Business Ethics and Compliance Department of PJSC MTS.
Polina Kondratyuk is a mediator at the Solis Mediation Center, chairperson of the Bar Association. Has been working with business disputes for over 15 years: representing clients in Russian courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, and in international commercial arbitrations (ICAC at the RF CCI, MAC at the RF CCI).
Natalya Korobeinikova is a mediator at the Solis Mediation Center, a corporate lawyer, and head of the legal department of a chain of cosmetics stores. She has been working in companies with corporate disputes for over 15 years.
Anna Saakyan is a mediator at the Solis Mediation Center, a practicing lawyer with over 30 years of experience in criminal proceedings and prosecutorial supervision. Honorary employee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, senior justice adviser, member of the NGO Lawyers of the New Time "UNOVA", and also an Expert Lawyer of Pro-bono publiko at the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in Moscow.
