The Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation will host a roundtable discussion entitled: "The Use of Mediation in Judicial Proceedings: Opportunities and Challenges" on 18 November 2024.
The roundtable will be moderated by Ruslan Vladimirovich Smashev, a member of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building of the Federation Council. D.A. Zhdan-Pushkina, Executive Director of the Solis Mediation Center plans to speak on the topic of leveraging China's experience in mediation.
