The Mediation Center Solis invites you to the conference dedicated to the judicial reform in Russia from the mediators perspective. We will present reviews of practice by industry and proposals for settlement of the shareholder, banking, construction, international and other disputes.

Conference speakers:

Daria Zhdan-Pushkina – Executive Director of the Solis Mediation Center, mediator and arbitrator in the field of maritime, air law, insurance, construction and telecommunications.

Polina Kondratyuk is a mediator at the Solis Mediation Center, chairman of the bar, has been working with business disputes for more than 15 years: representing the interests of clients in Russian courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, in international commercial arbitrations (ICAC at the RF CCI, MAC at the RF CCI) .

Anthony Walker is a mediator at the Solis Mediation Center and has been advising clients on investment agreements governed by English law, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, predominantly involving businesses from Russia and the CIS countries, for over 15 years. Susana Kirakosyan is a mediator at the Solis Mediation Center, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Chairman of the Subcommittee of the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry on business development in the field of residential real estate management, member of the working group of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services on improving housing legislation, practices in the field of dispute resolution related to real estate and housing and communal services.

Vladislav Bespalov is a mediator at the Solis Mediation Center, a mediation trainer, practices business mediation, conducts banking mediation practice, mediation in corporate relations, the practice of IP and creative industries, practices family mediation, is the author of mediation methods and negotiation technologies, trains mediators at the All-Russian State University of Justice (Russian Legal Academy of the Ministry of Justice of Russia).
