Open Letter to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on the Concept of Mediation Development in Russia

On 26 January 2023, the Mediation Center Solis sent comments  to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on the concept of the development of mediation in Russia.

The letter sent comments on proposals to reform the law on mediation, voiced in 2022 at a conference of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

The comments provide an overview of mediation regulation in Japan, Singapore and India, as well as a comparative table of mediation regulation in the US, England, Israel, Japan, Singapore and India.
