Conference Report: Corporate Disputes: Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods

The «Corporate Disputes: Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods» conference brought together entrepreneurs and legal experts on 1 November 2024, at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University). The event focused on exploring non-judicial approaches to resolving corporate disputes.

The conference was organized by the Solis Mediation Center, the HSE Career Development and Alumni Relations Office, and the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration.

More than 120 participants registered for the conference in-person and online, while over 700 viewers tuned in to the livestream as of November 1, 2024.

Opening Remarks

The event commenced with speeches by distinguished mediators and arbitrators:

  • Jonathan Lux (UK): Esteemed mediator, arbitrator, and co-founder of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
