Statistics of the Solis Mediation Center for the First Half of 2025

In the first half of 2025, the Solis Mediation Center mediators received 24 requests for mediation.

Mediators were contacted on the following categories of disputes:

• family disputes on the division of property, establishing alimony, determining the procedure for communication with a child
• labor disputes
• loan agreements and credit agreements
• agreements with banks on account management
• copyright disputes
• corporate disputes between shareholders
• disputes from maritime contracts (brokerage services)
• bankruptcy disputes

9 cases were settled, in 15 cases a mediation consultation was conducted and further work is underway.

Only for the declared amounts (not all mediators disclose the amounts of disputes) for the first half of 2025, disputes were considered for a total of 84,600,000 Roubles.
