The team is represented by students of the National Research University Higher School of Economics Veronika Leonova (Moscow), Alexander Saprykin (Saint Petersburg) and Alina Shafigullina (Moscow).
The team coach will be D.A. Zhdan-Pushkina, Executive Director of the Solis Mediation Center, mediator, arbitrator and HSE lecturer. N.A. Frolova and V.O. Demidova, members of the Board of Directors of the Solis Mediation Center and HSE lecturers, will also assist in preparing the team.
The objective of the competition is to popularize the institution of mediation in international commercial disputes, intercultural communications and the exchange of experience between practicing mediators and students from different countries. The competition will be held from October 20, 2024 to December 12, 2024. In-person rounds await the teams in December.
Only 20 teams from all over the world will be able to take part in the competition. The Russian team was received with great joy and given all possible support during registration.
