Statistics of the Mediation Center Solis for the First Quarter of 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the mediators of the Solis Mediation Center received 14 requests for mediation. Six requests relate to disputes with banks over unsettled debts, the remaining requests relate to personal and family disputes. In the first quarter, a dispute over intellectual property was settled.

The mediators of the Solis Center are working on three banking disputes, one of which is international in nature and is related to the current sanctions restrictions on the activities of Russian shareholders in Europe.

As our practice shows, resorting to negotiations in the case of an unsettled debt to a bank or in the case where the bank does not issue assets is the most effective means of resolving a dispute in the current conditions.

If the dispute is of a cross-border nature, then even if the parties receive a court decision, the likelihood of its enforcement between countries that are unfriendly to each other is low.

The collection of statistics has become possible due to the introduction of a special service for the Center's mediators - notifications about the start and end of mediation.

We encourage our members to share their successes and report on the settlement agreements, pre-trial agreements, and transactions concluded with your help, which have settled disputes within the framework of your professional activities thanks to the mediation approach.
