Within the framework of the working group, draft provisions on mediation and draft guidelines for mediation in investment disputes will be discussed.
The task of the working group is to create conditions for the development of mediation between states and investors. We are very pleased that Russia is taking part in this work, and we will follow the results.
The Mediation Center Solis will actively contribute to these reforms.
