Dr Christopher To, is an independent mediator, adjudicator and arbitrator who is on the panels of various leading global alternative dispute resolution bodies. He has arbitrated a variety of international cases involving both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations; mediated and adjudicated many international and domestic cases and has represented clients as Counsel in cases at the Magistrate, District and High Courts, the Commission of Inquiry, disciplinary proceedings as well as in international arbitrations and mediations.
