Ekaterina has been practicing civil, contract, family and inheritance law for more than seven years. Ekaterina currently practices in the law firm, which specializes on family and inheritance law.

She has considerable expertise in litigation and claim work, provides qualified legal services in inheritance planning, family law matters, including those with a foreign element (alimony, determination of children’s place of residence and the order of communication with children, dissolution of marriage, division of spousal property etc.).

Ekaterina’s expertise also covers the international abduction and unlawful retention of children as per the rules of the 1980 Hague Convention “On the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction”.
