Kirill is a practicing mediator with a legal education and experience in the corporate practice of a large Russian law firm, a construction fund and a system of family centers under the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Moscow.

Kirill's area of specialization includes the resolution of commercial and business disputes between counterparties under contracts of sale, lease, exchange, contract, family conflicts (recovery of alimony, determination of the child's place of residence and the procedure for communication with him, division of jointly acquired property of spouses), as well as disputes in the field of professional sports.

Kirill is a member of the Board of Mediators of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as the Republican Community of Mediators of the Kyrgyz Republic, which allows him to develop and promote mediation in the countries of Central Asia.
